Guarantees and Warranties

Guarantees and warranties vary from one manufacturer to another. Here is a complete list of what we currently know to be available. If the brand you are interested in is not listed, please phone and we will investigate further.

AEL The guarantees and warranties offered by AEL vary according to the products:

• patio heaters - 3 years manufacturers' guarantee
• square circular pice table bench - 20 year guarantee against rotting

Paraflex

• 2 year Warranty on the Paraflex holder
• 1 year on all other components
• Canvas canopy warranties, vary according to fabric:
  • Sunbrella - 3 year limited warranty
  • Premium - 3 year limited warranty
  • Classic - 1 year limited warranty

Shademakers

• 1 year warranty against faulty workmanship or defective materials on all components
• 5 year guarantee on canopy for rot resistance and anti fading

Tradewinds

• 1 year warranty on the Classic parasol
• 1 year warranty on the Aluzone parasol

Canvas canopy is not warrantied although it is of the highest quality.

TUUCI The guarantees and warranties vary with the TUUCI models and model components

• 15 year warranty - OceanMaster hubs, centre pole and stainless teel connective hardware
• 5 year warranty - Sunbrella awning and marine grade acrylics, Ocean Master Delrin w/Teflon connecting brackets, caopy aluminium ribs and rib supports, auto-loc lift mehcanism and duraflex parasols
• 3 year warranty - Sunbrella standard umbrella fabric, Baymaster parasols
• 1 year warranty - All powder coated, baoked on finishes

PLEASE NOTE: None of the warranties cover neglect, normal wear and tear or misuse of the products. They cover defective workmanship and defective materials. So please ensure you follow product care and use guidelines.
