UK Delivery Charges

Free delivery on all orders delivered to a single UK mainland address excluding Scottish Highlands.

Deliveries to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Isles, Isle of Man and Channel Islands are subject to a surcharge which depends on weight - we ask you to agree our quote before charging you.

Free Delivery Service

Our free of charge delivery service is a kerb side delivery, Mon - Fri in normal office hours. It is a signed for service and redelivery attempts are charged to us, so we have to pass on these charges. Sorry!

Many of our products are heavy and drivers will need assistance to unload - please bear this in mind when making arrangements

Please check the deliveries before signing - please indicate if there are any signs of damage.

Please check the contents of your delivery straight away. Whilst damage or discrepanciest are rare, they need to be reported to us within 24 hours.

UK Delivery Times

Delivery times varying depending on the product. Usually this is 2 - 4 days. Details are shown with each product.

If ordering out of office hours (which are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm), please take the next office day as the start time for any delivery time estimates.

We aim keep you as informed as possible about when delivery is likely to take place. Where possible we will email you about delivery days. Otherwise, we will phone to confirm the despatch date.

Occasionally, the due delivery date is not met. Whilst we do our very best, we do not guarantee that delivery will take place on the day which we have said. Unforeseen circumstances such as weather can affect delivery schedules. Please let us know immediately if it has not taken place.

UK Guaranteed Delivery Days

We can offer guaranteed delivery days or morning deliveries on some products. Please phone for a quote and details if you need this service.

Large Items

Some of our items are large and heavy. If you are buying patio furniture and large parasols or lounges, please be prepared to help with unloading if necessary or let us know if you will not be able to do so.

Signed for Delivery Only

We only deliver when the goods are signed for as there are too many instances of orders going missing.

We believe the "signed for only" benefits everyone as it helps to avoid theft and fraud..
