Hi. Most people buy the Paraflex canopy with a frame as a replacement and it is these that are kept in stock.

I seem to have an extra part on my Paraflex Parasol pole which I can't find a use for. Could you explain?

The Paraflex parasol pole is also used as an Ingenua Shade Sail pole. The extra part is a sliding T bar which you need to attach the shadesail to the pole. So, you are right, it is an extra part that you don't need. You can also ignore the instructions... (More...)

The Serengeti Swift parasol is lightweight and durable, and small in frame and canopy size. The weight of any of the sizes and shapes - 1.5m square, 2.0 square and 2.5m hexagonal is all the same: 9kg.
