How do I close my Paraflex parasol?

Dear Claire - I have received the paraflex patio umbrellas and installed them on site, and they look great.
One question, is it possible to close the umbrella whilst it is still fixed to the pole? At the moment, it looks like we can only have it up and open, or taken off the fixing and closed?
Can you confirm?
Hi, yes you can close the Paraflex parasol when it is still attached to the pole. I will send you some images by pdf which shows the steps you need to take. The key step is to attach the arm clasp to the parasol pole ABOVE the hub when you try to close it as you will see from the pdf. Then you unzip the parasol canopy and the parasol will close, still attached to the pole.
