Thank you for your phone call this afternoon. From it we established that you are looking for:

• 2x Shadesail Triangular 5x5x5m parasols (to fit an area 5.2m x 5m and to have a slight overlap for rain run off and protection)
• 4x Vertical poles (you can only mount two Shadesails on one pole if the pole is vertical)
• 4x Inground fixings
• 2x Pulleys (easy winches)

You also require colour swatches for the following colours:Taupe (Sunbrella), Canvas (Sunbrella), Granite (Sunbrella), Slate Blue (Sunbrella)

Attached are the advise and instructions on setting up, using and caring for Shadesails. Please note the instructions on the combination layout. A vertical pole must be used when hanging 2 shadesails from one pole. In addition you will see from the diagrams that you cannot achieve an overlap when sharing pole. To overlap, you will need an extra 2 poles (and there an extra 2 inground bases).

I confirm my advice that Shadesails are not made for all year use. This is because, whilst the fabric is extremely good quality, nevertheless Shadesails are hung under a lot of tension using rope and without an underframe to support them (as compared with parasols). Therefore, once the fabric becomes waterlogged repeatedly, then it is under great strain. This is not just a problem for the rope holding it, which could of course, simply be replaced, but the lifespan of the Shadesail itself is greatly reduced.

I am waiting to hear back on a stock check on the Shadesails. I know that all of the poles and fixings are in stock so we can get these to you for mounting asap if required but I am just waiting for confirmation on the Shadesail itself.

In addition to the Shadesail parasols you also require a cantilever parasol roughly 3m square. I have looked into the stock of the 3m square eclipse that I mentioned to you and we only have the 2.5m square left in stock until next year. We do have the 3.5m Equinox parasol I showed you which is even better quality than the Eclipse and we have the 3.5m square in stock now. We can get one of the Sunbrella fabrics fitted to this parasol in roughly 3-4 weeks, otherwise we can supply it in Ecru now. Here is a link to this parasol:
