Can you make your Southsea Deckchairs fire retardant?

We are looking for 26 Southsea Director's Chairs for outside our building - the chairs will have some shelter but need to be outdoor chairs. Also they need to comply with fire retardant coating is Crib 5 BS 5852 Part 2: 1990: Source 5 (Crib 5).
We have checked with our manufacturers and the cost of making your chairs fire retardant is £187.00 for 26 chairs. This works out at £7.19 per chair which we have passed to you at cost.
We understand that the fire retardant coating Crib 5 BS 5852 Part 2: 1990: Source 5 (Crib 5) has been specified by your customer and our manufacturer has confirmed that this will be used. However, please be aware that we are not experts in fire retardant coatings or applications, and cannot warranty that the coating will make you compliant with health and safety regulations.
