Do you have spare parts for an Aluzone Tradewinds Parasol as mine has suffered wind damage?

I need spare parts for a Tradewinds aluzone 3.2 hexagonal parasol. The parts I require are 1 long arm, 2 support arms, 1 pulley rope and 1 ecru cover. Can you help as these parasols are no longer on your website?
We no longer stock the Tradewinds Aluzone parasols as we have replaced them with the Serengeti Swift and Serengeti Orion parasols which come in a wider range of sizes.
However, we can still get spares for the Aluzones for returning customers. I confirm that we have all the above spares in stock but you will need to place your order by phone - 01363 881174 - as they are not on the website.
