I can't work out how to put my Serengeti Cantilever parasol mobile base together - the pieces just don't fit. Can you help?

Hi, I have spoken to the warehouse guys who put the Serengeti Cantilever parasol mobile bases together all the time, and it sound like you are trying to slide the 4 feet into the frame as well as the top plate. Just slide in the top plate. Then you need to look at the numbering of the feet and match these to finish the job.
It would be good if Serengeti had some pdf instructions for these, but unfortunately, I do not have any. Let me know if you are still stuck and I can get the warehouse to talk to you direct
