The canopy of our Eclipse Cantilever Parasol will not lock into place. Do you have any suggestions as to why?

We had a similar issue on an Eclipse Cantilever parasol last year and your parasol may have the same problem: extra lubricant had got into one part of the mast. If this is the cause it is very easy to resolve. The parasol canopy needs to be taken off and a single bolt taken out and wiped. It should take just a few minutes. I will get the warehouse guy to call your maintenance person to give exact instructions as to which bolt. This will save Chinese Whispers!/p>
