Can I use a mobile Paraflex tile base with a pole and 2 canopies?

Really, it is better to have just one arm and one canopy coming off a Paraflex pole with a mobile time base, particularly if you are in a windy location. If you decide to go down this route, that I would strongly advise loading up the tile base with extra weights to act as counter balance.
The best option is to have an inground base or a deckmount base which is bolted into secure decking. This gives much better purchase against the parasol toppling over in wind and getting damaged.
