Do I need to remove the plastic cover from the top of the Paraflex pole in order to remove the arm and if so how?

Posting date: 30th May 2010 11:19

Dear Claire

Many thanks for your patient advice about all this on the 'phone.

If you could investigate the matter of the plastic cover on the top end of the pole, and how it should be removed, I would be most grateful.

Do Paraflex provide an instruction sheet about it?

Best wishes. - Bruce

Dear Bruce

Sorry to take a while to come back to you. The warehouse has been monumentally busy. The plastic cover does need to come off and paraflex don't give instructions on this but I have asked the warehouse to do it themselves and come back with instructions. I will forward these to you as soon as I hear. The poles used to not have a plastic cover this is new for this year which is probably why there is less experience than usual on this aspect.

Best wishes - Claire
