Do you have a deckmount option on the Serengeti Equinox Cantilever parasol?

Thankyou for your enquiry this morning. I have double checked the various base options on both the Serengeti Eclipse parasol that we spoke about and the Serengeti Equinox. Unfortunately, the Equinox does not come with a deckmount so it would not be recommended for use on a windy second floor balcony. It is a big heavy parasol and the danger of it falling over and injuring someone is too high. You could bolt down the corners of the mobile base, but the decking or balcony floor would need to be seriously reinforced to withstand wind pulling at the parasol, so the UK importers are not recommending this in your situation.
Sorry that we cannot help. The Serengeti Eclipse comes with a deckmount. The parasol is recommended for up to moderate winds only and is aimed at the residential market, so would need looking after if you were to use it in a commercial setting with the general public.
