What is the gap between the wall and the Paraflex pole when using the low wall anchor?

Posting date: 11th March 2010 11:01

A customer asked this question because he wished to fix his Paraflex side post parasol to a low wall with an overhanging top stone. He wanted to know if the wall bracket would allow for the Paraflex pole to fixed to the wall without having to cut into the top stone.

There is an adjustment position on the wall bracket, and the distance between the wall and the back of the pole does depend on which pole you use. The standard pole is eclipse in shape and the multipole is round.

The distance between the back of the standard Paraflex pole and the wall is 8cm. Lucky for this customer, this was a sufficient distance to avoid having to cut the top stone.
